早上也要JoGGing

20090304 – 星期三 – 今天早上 8PM , 我又 JoGGing 了.


::: 入门票 Forest Department Sarawak (Sama Jaya Nature)


::: Also Known as Stutong Park


::: 半个小时 , 够了. 回家 , 吃早餐 —

超级 ‘喘’ 的. 因为昨天下午 5PM , 也 Jogging 了  :)

不过 Jog 回来后,  就真的很舒服.
